In Yorkshire, many individuals, clubs and centres make great use of Canal and River Trust Waterways and the Regional Development Team has been working closely with the Trust on everything from local Canoe Trails to events such as the Leeds Waterfront Festival.
British Canoeing membership gives canoeists and kayakers based in Yorkshire (or visiting from elsewhere in England) a license to access Yorkshire's Canal and River Trust waterways.
