Full time position (37 hours per week) – permanent - Based at the National Water Sports Centre, Holme Pierrepont, Nottingham - Salary Up to £30,000
The ideal candidate will be passionate about protecting and enhancing the paddling environment. Will be able to liaise with key partners, volunteers, paddlers and government to champion the need for change and therefore we are looking for someone who is a confident communicator, who can negotiate with and influence a range of groups and partners.
Applicants for this post will require significant experience and knowledge of the environment, and conservation; as well as the current situation with respect to access to and from the water.
Due to the nature of the work the role and to be successful in the role, the role holder must be willing and able to work the hours to get the job done. This will include evening and weekend meetings and travelling with overnight stays.
