It's back! Or so we hope! All being well, this will be time to dig out your favourite craft for two days of eddy hopping, surfing, bow rudders and great company.
Hosted by West Yorkshire Canoe Club for guaranteed good times!
This is an event that is sure to see Yorkshire's finest kayakers grace the mighty Washburn, as well as lots of paddler from further afield.

Unless otherwise advised, the charges for British Canoeing members are £10 (adults) / £6 (under 18s) - day tickets are available for non-members. Details here.

The River Washburn is a tributary of the River Wharfe, mid way between Skipton and Harrogate in the Yorkshire Dale. Events take place on the dam-controlled stretch of river between Thruscross (SE155574) and Fewston Reservoirs (SE169554) - check out the location here.

We're under pressure - The Washburn's great... but we need to be smarter in how we use it... and for that we need get a better picture of WHEN PEOPLE DECIDE!
If you even SUSPECT you will be attending, please PRE-REGISTER by e-mailing [email protected] and giving your group name and numbers!
If you pre-register and don't make it in the end - or turn up with different numbers - that's not a problem - that all helps us understand what's happening!
