A team has been working behind the scenes to get all the Covid-19 precautions into place - and plans are finally in place for Washburn releases throughout Saturday 22nd August & Sunday 23rd August!

The River Washburn is a tributary of the River Wharfe, mid way between Skipton and Harrogate in the Yorkshire Dale. Events take place on the dam-controlled stretch of river between Thruscross (SE155574) and Fewston Reservoirs (SE169554) - check out the location here.

Unless otherwise advised, the charges for British Canoeing members are £10 (adults) / £6 (under 18s) - day tickets are available for non-members. Details here.
Please note: paddling on the reservoirs is strictly prohibited.
