Clubs are the life and soul of paddling in the North West. Providing grass roots introductions to padding through to advanced paddling opportunities to their members.
The RDT is seeking to create links with clubs to allow us to support you in the best ways possible. Contact us to create a line of communication with us.
British Canoe Quality Mark
British Canoeing is introducing a new club accreditation scheme - Quality Mark - in replacement of Clubmark from April 2017.
The North West Regional Development Team rewards clubs within the region with £50 following initial accreditation to the BC Quality Mark scheme and £50 on annual re-accreditation.
If you wish to apply to become accredited please following the instruction on the Quality Mark page. If you need any assistance from your region please email the Chair.

Rewards are provided at the discretion of the BC NW RDT.
Your members may be interested in the region
Typically club members know about the regions activities through their club. For your members to assist your club and to know what is happening in the region you may wish to add our mailing list subscription link to your website for your members.
Safety and Welfare
Clubs are required to have a Club Safety Officer and a Club Welfare Officer.
The CSO is required to undertake the BC Event Safety Management Workshop and the CWO is required to undertake appropriate welfare training. Follow the links for more information on Safety and Welfare.
