North West

The North West of England is an excellent place to enjoy a variety of different paddlesports. The region has a large number of volunteer run clubs that welcome paddlers of any ability and commercial providers offering every form of paddling discipline. The region has some of the best paddling facilities in the country especially at Halton Rapids.

The South East Region covers the counties of Kent, Sussex and Surrey. It offers opportunities for both the recreational and competitive paddler, from river and sea touring, to sprint, marathon, slalom and freestyle.

Enthusiasts throughout Yorkshire enjoy some of the finest local boating to be found anywhere in the UK. Many also link up and together to take advantage of opportunities further afield. Clubs and centres operate throughout the county, as do volunteers within uniform groups such as Scouting and Cadets.
