NEW paddlesports workouts for when you’re at home

As we spend more time at home, with many of us at present unable to access water, now could be a golden opportunity to improve our paddling through some physical training.

For the next six weeks we will bring you a new workout. All you need is a bit of space, so everyone can join in at home or in the garden! The workout is split into 3 key areas, strength, cardio and mobility, all aimed at paddlesport. To get the most out of these sessions, aim to repeat 2-5 times per week, depending on how you feel and how much time you have available.

British Canoeing Coach Developer and Personal Trainer Pete Catterall will take you step by step through each exercise and each workout.
