Details for the Canoe Sprint Junior Crew Boat process released today

The aim of the British Canoeing Canoe Sprint National Junior Crew Boat Process is to help identify and build the fastest Olympic discipline crew boats possible from athletes across the Home Nations (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

Crewboat 2021B

This is a British process developed and implemented by the British Canoeing Canoe Sprint Home Nation Group to provide a structured Crew Boat process that supports the identification of the strongest possible British crews to the start line in order to compete for GB Junior Team selection.

The Junior Crew Boat process is not the Crew Boat selection policy, and all athletes retain the opportunity to compete for selection at the relevant National Selection Regatta. The Crew Boat process is to help athletes and provide opportunities that might not exist already within clubs, this process does not curtail club boats being formed or established crews choosing to compete at the Nation Selection Regattas.

The event will take place at the National Water Sports Centre Nottingham on 22 and 23 May. Full process details are HERE along with the expression of interest form.
