Join us for the next weekly conversation connecting coaches from across the British Canoeing paddlesports community on Thursday 21st May between 2pm and 3pm.
In this week's Online Community of Practice, Gareth Wilson will be in conversation with Mark Delaney. Mark is a slalom athlete turned coach. He competed at the Barcelona and Atlanta Olympic Games as well as winning European and Worlds team medals in C1. When he retired as a paddler, he turned to coaching and went on to coach multiple European, World and Olympic medallists. He has been involved in 7 consecutive Olympic cycles. Mark has now retired after 30 years in the sport.
This week he will be reflecting on his career within the sport and sharing invaluable insights and learning. As an interactive session, this is an ideal opportunity to put your questions to a coach who has been involved in elite sport over many years. So join us with questions ready or submit them via the email below ahead of time.
