It's Mental Health Awareness week (18th - 24th May 2020). UK Coaching are delighted to announce that the online course ‘Mental Health Awareness for Sport and Physical Activity’is now free to access until 31 August 2020 for the whole coaching community.

With it being Mental Health Awareness Week, we know how important it is to prioritise yours and others’ well-being.
We know how vital it is, both now and going forward, that we all look after ourselves as coaches. We also know that great coaching is about being able to support the people we coach who are experiencing mental health problems.
To this end, UK Coaching have a range of resources to help you do just that.
