British Canoeing Operations Update

Following the recent announcements by the government last week in relation to the developing Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic and the importance of social distancing, British Canoeing is now fully operating with all staff working at home for an indefinite period.

The move to working from home was completed for our office-based staff from Thursday 19 March.

All of our staff and departments, including key functions such as membership and coaching & qualifications, are fully equipped to respond to enquiries via telephone and email.

Our main line telephone number remains as 0300 0119 500 where either one of our receptionists or an automated system will direct you to the department you would like to speak to

Since Thursday 19 March no postal deliveries have been sent to our offices at the National Water Sports Centre but are being retained by the Post Office in a keep safe until further notice

Therefore if you have sent correspondence in the last couple of days please do contact the relevant department who will be able to support your enquiry.

We will ensure to keep members and key volunteers informed throughout this unsettling period and will continue to post key updates on the British Canoeing website, social media and in the members’ e-newsletter.
