Hurley30 Set to Celebrate 30th year

Hurley30, formally known as the Hurley Classic, is set to celebrate it’s 30th year anniversary on the 16th and 17th March – with the event running annually since 1989.

Hurley30 is a paddle sports event that has always been about world class competition running alongside activity that encourages people of all ages into paddle sports.

Starting out as a kayak freestyle competition 30 years ago, the Hurley Classic one of the oldest whitewater paddle sport events in the world.

Held at the Hurley Weir on the River Thames, this year is set to play host to World Champions, internationals, locals and loads going on, so you can have fun, learn new stuff, compete and socialise.

10 time World Champion Claire O’Hara will be at the event to meet and greet fans of the sport, offering top tips and advice about the sport of freestyle.
