Congratulations to Charlotte Henshaw, who has been shortlisted for 2019 Disability Sportswoman of the Year as an outstanding performer in a disability sport.
Charlotte has had another outstanding year in paracanoe, retaining her KL2 World Championship title at the competition in Szeged, Hungary back in August.
At the same World Championships, the Mansfield athlete also claimed gold in the VL3 event.
Szeged capped off an unbeaten season for Charlotte as she also won KL2 gold medals at the European Championships and World Cup 1 in Poznan, Poland.
One of four athletes nominated, Charlotte has been shortlisted alongside Sarah Storey (Track & Road cycling), Claire Cashmore (Triathlon) and Alice Tai (Swimming).
The winner will be revealed at a ceremony on 21 November.
