  • New Code of Conduct for the Coaching Workforce: British Canoeing has recently reviewed the Code of Conduct for the Coaching Workforce. The new Code incorporates the UK Coaching (formerly Sports Coach UK) Code of Practice for Sports Coaches and defines all that is best in good coaching practice.
  • Adventure Sports Working Practice and Sources of KnowledgeBritish Canoeing is working with the University of Central Lancashire, British Cycling and Mountain Training on a research study to try to better understand how you prefer to learn and develop your leadership, coaching and instructing skills, where your knowledge and practice is sourced and how you prefer to receive this information. 
  • Paddle Power App News: The NEW Personal Performance Awards will replace Paddlepower and the Star Awards from January 2019.  Following this exiting announcement of the NEW Paddle Awards, we wanted to share with you the future of the Paddlepower App.
  • British Canoeing Recruits Coaches for the Coaching Diploma: British Canoeing is inviting coaches who may be interested joining the British Canoeing Coaching Diploma (formerly Level 4) starting in May 2019, to get in touch!
