British Canoeing Coaching & Qualifications has been on the road, updating members, Coaches and Leaders about the developments within Coaching & Leadership, specifically focusing on the NEW Personal Performance Awards.
The final two Coaching & Leadership Roadshows of the year took place at Adventure Sunderland and in Warrington, with over 60 paddlers attending, having their questions answered, with a mix of club and centre paddlers. Lee Pooley, Head of Coaching and Qualifications, presented an update of the developments within the Coaching & Leadership pathways, as well as the NEW Personal Performance Awards.
Darryll Shaw, the English Coaching Manager, presented the keynote at the Coaching Matters Event in Kendall, Cumbria, on Friday 30th November. A range of Coaches and Leaders attended a range of workshops throughout the day, with a range of disciplines represented, from Canoe Polo to Canoe Sailing.
