Meet the waterways and environment team

Would you like to ask the waterways and environment team about the work they are doing to help improve access? Come along to their open event at AS Watersports in Exeter on the Wednesday 26th April.

The event is open to all paddlers, both members and non members, and the team would like to hear your questions, ideas and concerns on any aspect of our environment and access projects.

As part of the event the team would like to share:

  •           British Canoeing’s four year plan relating to access and environmental issues
  •           Updates on the team’s structure
  •           Projects we have coming up nationally
  •           The local issues we are working on (from white water rivers to coastal protection zones)
  •           Volunteering opportunities with British Canoeing

Booking is not essential, but it would be useful to have an idea of how many people will be in attendance. If you would like to attend please email [email protected] to register your interest.

If you are unable to come along please feel free to send any questions you’d like reading out at the event as we will be sending an update to share feedback from the night with our members.
