To recognise clubs that are providing quality provision for disabled people British Canoeing offers a Paddle-Ability bolt-on to its Club Accreditation and British Canoeing Quality Mark. This bolt-on is designed in a way that reduces the need for clubs to go through a lengthy paperwork process, allowing them instead to focus purely on delivery.
We have developed this programme as we know that disabled people want to be able to easily identify where they can access activity that is appropriate for them. British Canoeing also prioritise their work around developing activity for disabled people around Paddle-Ability Top Clubs and Centres.
For more information about this take a look at our Paddle-Ability Accreditation guidance document.
