The Windermere Summer Solstice Lake Race is an exciting event held on England’s longest lake, at the heart of the beautiful Lake District National Park. The race involves paddlers of all abilities completing either the half or full length of Windermere and open to an array of boats from surf skis to canoes to stand-up paddleboards.
The London SUP Open is the UK's largest SUP Festival that celebrates not only the sport of Stand Up Paddling, but also the unique and alluring beach lifestyle right at the heart of one of the World's most iconic Cities. Pedal, Paddle, Pace, (PPP) is a unique form of triathlon, with kayaking instead of swimming! It's an event for everyone to enjoy.
Pedal 20km through Hampshire Country Lanes (average time 1hr), Pace 5km along the newly- restored Hockley Viaduct (average time 30 mins) and then Paddle 2km up the Itchen Navigation Canal (average time 20 mins). See the route map and find out more details on the link above.
The first of Freestyle GB's – ‘Finding Freestyle’ series is the ‘Ladies Festival Weekend’. It’s a chance for women to take part in workshops, meet and get coached by some of the top ladies in freestyle, share a campsite, BBQ and make new friends. Social and peer paddling all weekend with optional workshops.
Worcester Canoe Club invite you to take part in the fourth year of their special challenge event, the Worcester Ring Challenge. You can choose either the 21 mile route or 15 mile route depending on your ambition, speed and boat.
The Doggy Paddle is an 18 mile charity paddle for Guide Dogs for the Blind Association, a flatwater recreational paddle from Leamington Spa to Stratford-upon-Avon, taking place on the Sunday 22nd July 2018. Kayak/canoe this beautiful stretch of the River Leam & Avon. The trip takes you from Royal Leamington Spa, through the spectacular grounds of Warwick Castle and Charlecote Park, ending in historic Stratford-upon-Avon.
Regional Sea Kayak Paddle – Anglesey 1-2nd September 2018
A two day Sea Kayaking Paddle, on Anglesey, over the weekend on 1-2 Sep 18. The event is open to those kayakers who have access to their own Sea Kayaks, or to those current paddlers who would like to try Sea Kayaking. This is not suitable for those individuals who have no previous kayaking experience.

This Surf Kayak Symposium is based in the stunning St Ives Bay, Cornwall which forms a shallow crescent, some 4 miles or 6 km across, between St Ives in the west and Godrevy Head in the east. Sign up before the 2nd October.

Celebrating Another Record National Go Canoeing Week
This National Go Canoeing Week we set a target of 45,000 miles for the nation to paddle. You took the challenge on with great gusto, not only hitting the target but going far beyond it. Here is a big thank you from us and a round up of some of the great things you got up to.
Truro Canoe Race Club smash records to go top of the Three Lakes Challenge leaderboard
It started with a plan on the back of an envelope; as all great plans do! Truro Canoe Race Club wanted a challenge which any of their members could take part in and the British Canoeing Three Lakes Challenge fitted the bill perfectly.
