Knowledge Bank

British Canoeing's Knowledge Bank is an online platform, where coaches can access articles, research and tips to inform their coaching.

eLearning

Paddlers will need to create an account, using their email address, Facebook or LinkedIn, which enables paddlers to work through the eLearning at their own pace and log back in when they want to.

  • Nutrition and Hydration: This interactive activity will give information surrounding the nutrition and hydration of paddlers, helping paddlers to develop their understanding.

This eLearning is FREE and available to anyone interested in developing their knowledge in the range of subject areas, from coaches to leaders and athletes to recreational paddlers. There is no log in and the answers to the questions are not recorded, the aim is to aid your learning and get you thinking about Nutrition and Hydration.
