British Canoeing is holding its Annual General Meeting on Saturday 13 March 2021.
In order to comply with current Covid-19 government guidelines this year’s British Canoeing AGM will be a virtual meeting, hosted by LUMI.

The agenda, papers and documents required for the Annual General Meeting are available here.
In order to attend the AGM and to vote on the day eligible members from the four national associations are required to register in advance of the meeting.
To confirm your attendance at the meeting please register with us by 10.00 am on Thursday 11 March 2021.
Once registered you will receive a confirmation email from British Canoeing.
Please retain this email as it contains your details to access the AGM.
The email you receive will include:
- Your joining instructions
- Your unique PIN to access the AGM
- The link to login to the AGM
- Guidance notes to help you access and participate in the virtual AGM
Once registered you will be invited to submit a question for the AGM, in advance of the meeting.
There will also be an opportunity to submit questions on the day of the AGM, via the LUMI platform.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, as a member of one of the four national associations you are entitled to appoint a ‘proxy’ to exercise all or any of your rights to attend, speak and vote at the AGM.

Proxy votes should be submitted and received by British Canoeing by 10.00am on 11 March 2021.
If you appoint a proxy, but attend the meeting on the day, any proxy appointment you have made will automatically be terminated.
